Balance t-lock shoes

Question

We have double panel windows made my Plygem. we are out of warranty and the handyman says we need to change Balance shoe 1 1/4" #747. Which part should I have to order. I think it has two pieces.

Unfortunately, we don't sell this balance shoe. We do sell similar parts, like the 15-195B, but they lack that same groove your shoes have in their stems. That means they won't be compatible with your balance.

The only thing I can recommend is an all new Series 795 channel balance, along with a new 15-195B open cam shoe (sold separately). I apologize for the inconvenience.
