Tom from SWISCO responded:

I'm not sure it's called that, necessarily, but these parts are called balances. In order to identify what you have, I'll need you to remove it from the window and show me a picture of it by itself. I need to see the top end, bottom end, stamp, and whatever clip or hook is at the end of the cord.

Thanks, these pictures are perfect. I recommend our Series 795 channel balance. I am confident that this will replace your old parts.

A quick learner from Deptford nj says:

Tom from SWISCO responded:

All orders can be placed directly on our site at your convenience. You should measure your metal channel to confirm the right length, though.

A quick learner from Deptford nj says:
OK great I will remeasure! Can you tell me Is it difficult to put on? Does it have directions when I buy it

Tom from SWISCO responded:

These don't come with instructions, but they're very, very easy to install. You just put the shoe in sideways first, so it'll fit in the track, twist it so it's oriented properly (stamp facing inside the house), then tilt it up and screw it in at the top.

A quick learner from Deptford nj says:

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hello again, Frank. That screen clip looks like our 70-123 and the balance still looks like our Series 795. The stamp printed on the metal channel isn't a product code, it only indicates the calibration of the spring.

Thank you so much for the help! Stay safe!
