Balance that moves window up n down

Hi we are looking for the balance I think it's called the metal That allows the winter clothes up and down

I'm not sure it's called that, necessarily, but these parts are called balances. In order to identify what you have, I'll need you to remove it from the window and show me a picture of it by itself. I need to see the top end, bottom end, stamp, and whatever clip or hook is at the end of the cord.

These don't come with instructions, but they're very, very easy to install. You just put the shoe in sideways first, so it'll fit in the track, twist it so it's oriented properly (stamp facing inside the house), then tilt it up and screw it in at the top.

Also, the balancers I have a part number I am not sure you can use it

Hello again, Frank. That screen clip looks like our 70-123 and the balance still looks like our Series 795. The stamp printed on the metal channel isn't a product code, it only indicates the calibration of the spring.
