It would looks like you have a ribbed channel balance. Can you show me the shoe or clip at the end of the cord that comes out of the bottom? Its identity is crucial to fully narrowing this down. Thanks.

Perfect, thanks. Looks to me like you have an S751-34. I believe your old stamp reads 33HD; if so, choose that as a stamp option. Let me know if you have any further questions.
