Balance with hooks at top and bottom

I would like help with figuring which channel balance to buy

I took out old one the string broke off from clip. It's a tilt vinyl window, I don't see anything that tells me the brand but I've been told it's a Harvey.
the old one is 20".

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-208. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to confirm it's a match.

As for the balances, we can provide replacements but it will need to be a custom order to attach the 62-105 hook to the pulley of our S770-20. We will also include a rivet in the top hole to accommodate the S-clips used to install your balances.

You may need (20C) strength options based on your 19-3 stamp code but I'd recommend weighing your sash to confirm that it falls within the 14-18 lbs range that these balances will support. Please note that the minimum order for these balances would be two since it is important to replace both sides at the same time.

We also offer the 19-029 short and 19-030 long S-clips if you need to replace those as well. Thank you.
