Hi, Would you please help me identify this window balance and top sash guide. The balance is 25" long, and 1/2" wide, and the numbers on the part are 2440. Please find the attachments below for pictures of the balance and sash guide. Thank you for you help.

We can supply this balance, but it will have to be a special order due to its configuration. Before we go any further, can you just tell me how many you need? Once I know that, I'll email you an order link and price quote for that quantity. 

The top sash guide is a match for our 18-008, in the meantime.
