The only information that I can get is 32-3 FC5 CMC 45. I hope you guys are the right maker. I need 4 balance replacement and I believe the boot that holds 1 end of the balance broke off and the balance is now at the top of the window frame. Also I would like to know the instruction to replacement them. Thanks.

Hello,
We'd be happy to help but the stamp code does not indicate the correct replacement, only the strength of the spring. To get started, we would need to see your balance fully removed from the window, including a clear view of the channel top and pulley clip that attaches to the pivot shoe. See the videos related on this page to assist you.

Hey there, Casey isn't here today but I'll be taking care of you moving forward.
It's very difficult to determine precisely what balance you have without seeing it removed, since so many important details are obscured. That said my best guess at this stage is our Series 765 channel balance for tilt windows. This might be what you're looking for, but you will have to review all the information we show on the Series 765 store page to verify.
If yours differs in any way, let me know and we can work from there. Balances are very precise and specific systems, so you definitely don't want to guess on these; better safe than sorry, always.

Actually if you can find the right pivot shoe, then I think I should be good since the balancer seems to be still intact. Can you help me identify it? If it's the one, then I need 4 of them. Thanks.

Sure thing. So, your pivot shoe isn't made anymore, but I've replaced it in the past with our 15-046. While it may look different, it's usually compatible with all the same hardware. Just check to make sure that the dimensions are all the same and you should be good to go.
