Balance and guide

Question

I was hoping you could identify what replacement balance and sash guides I need. The channel balances are 28" long and have "27 3" stamped on them. This was the best I could get as far as the guide. The other side didn't even have one. It seems to be 18-009? Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us. The balance looks to match either the S380-28 or S385-28. You'll have to measure the bottom shoe as shown below to determine the best match. You can also select the 2730 stamp option.

The 18-009 does look like a match, but we recommend comparing the specifications with an undamaged version to confirm.
