Hello there. This is a 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 152 Coil Balances sold separately. To know what spring weights to select for the replacement coil springs, give me the exact weight of the window sash, and I can work it out for you. For the pivot bar, see if the 26-226 matches what you need.

The window itself weighs about 30 lbs
Not sure what the sash weighs
But the shoe and pivot bar are perfect

To clarify, the sash is the glass panel that the balances are supporting. You will need a precise weight, down to the ounce, to determine the best Series 152 weight option. Estimations will not suffice.
