I need 2 balancers and the caps. The balancer has 28C stamped on it. The caps, i have no idea what they are. It is a non-tilt window. One of the caps looks like it is item# 15-004 but the other end I am having trouble finding.

The window also has a Cap on top and some sort of clip, can you help identify them as well. Picturs attached.

Hello! I think our S380-29 channel balance could be a good match. I'd also recommend the 2830 stamp option, but you may want to weigh your sash to confirm. As for the top sash guide, see our 18-180 and compare our measurements to yours. I think they'll match up well. I'm not sure about that clip. Would we be able to see it out of the window? Can you also give us your measurements?
