Thanks for reaching out! I'm afraid the photos do not provide enough information to determine if this is the Series 795 Channel Balance. I'll need to see a photo of the bottom attachment from the balance to determine the best replacement.

Also, can you confirm whether it uses a hook or a screw to install at the top of the window. If it uses a hook, this may need to be a custom assembly. I'd need to know the shape of the hole to confirm.
