Need the part that the sash slides into on a Silverline 8501 series double hung window

Hello,
The balance assembly in your Silverline window is made up of the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot and the 15-086 Tandem Coil Housing. These are both compatible with the Series 180 Coil Balance. To determine the correct springs for your assemblies, you'll need to look for stamps/markings on the metal coil. If there aren't any, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash and divide that by four (the total number of coils in the window).
The metal piece anchoring the coil spring is the 16-024 Mounting Bracket.

The sash is about 25 pounds, so that would be 6 coils. If that's correct, then I would like to purchase 4 of the Coil housing pivots and 4 of the Tandem Coil Housing. Does the coil come with the Tandem Coil Housing?

Yes, that would be correct. If the sash weighs 25lbs, you'll need (4) S180-06 Coil Balances.
The coils are sold separately from both the coil housing pivot and the tandem housing.
