Yes, we have this balance shoe. It is the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. While I am confident this is the correct replacement, be sure to compare the dimensions to confirm that it will be a fit in the window track.

The 26-040 can be used to replace the pivot bar.

This shoe is compatible with the Series 190 Coil Balance, attached to the shoe using the 33-073 screw. You'll need the 15-181 Double Support Detent Clip and the 15-182 Balance Bushing. Take a look at the video tutorial below for instructions on how to select the coil for the assembly.
