Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like your balance is a match for our S795-28. However, yours uses a 15-198 hook for installation, rather than a screw, so this must be a custom order. Can you confirm the number of balances you're looking to order? We can send over a price quote as soon as we have that.

Please note that the 15-194 shoes are not included in this link so don't forget to add your desired quantity to your cart separately. These shoes pop on and off as shown in the video below.

Please note we don't sell a shoe that will fit into your old metal channel, so you must replace the whole channel balance.

My apologies for the confusion. Yes, you will need the 15-194 shoe since the 15-195 is too wide. If you need additional shoes, you'll have to add the desired quantity of the 15-194 to your cart separately.
