Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the S380-29, S385-29, and S378-29 channel balances. The difference between them is the depth of the bottom shoe, as shown below. 

If the metal channel is 29" long, you may need the 2840 stamp option for a sash weighing 23 to 28 pounds. You can always weigh the window sash to confirm it falls within this range.
