The metal piece measures 29". I think I know what part it is but when I went to order the parts it ask me what options I need. Not sure on the options.

We appreciate you writing in. Take a look at our S380-29 channel balance. This comes assembled with a 19-005 balance top and 15-005 balance shoe. You will need to compare your balance with ours to confirm this is a match. Since your balance does not show a stamping, you will need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the sash weight chart listed on the store page.

There is a stamp that shows 28 C on the channel if that means anything.

Since that stamping does not match with any of our stampings, you will need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer back to the sash weight chart on the store page.
