Balancer for Milgard window

Hi there!

Your hardware appears to match our S380-21 or S385-21 channel balance. These two parts may look almost identical but each one has a different bottom shoe size. The Series 380 comes attached with a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 comes attached with a 1-3/32" deep shoe. You'll just need to measure as shown in the diagram below to determine the best match. You will also need the 2050 strength option.
