Balancer for window from unknown manufacturer

Quick Learner from Greensboro, NC
The balancers on my windows have broken. The type doesn't match the ones on your website. Any ideas on where to get replacements. The windows are 23 years old.

The rod is 35.5 inches long. The cable was attached at the top of the upper window channel. The bottom of the rod was attached to the foot that held the pivot for the tilt window.

Saw your video on converting a crossbow balance to a channel balance. The window is 37.5 in tall by 35.5 in wide. It weighs 25 lb. The foot at the bottom is 1 inch wide. Attached pictures of the pivot post and the foot.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Your balance resembles an older crossbow style that is no longer made. As long as the original spring is a 1/2" diameter, you should be able to convert to the Series 795 channel balance. Please review the step by step video below that details the conversion and additional parts needed.

For the length, you will need to measure and undamaged balance for accuracy as shown in the video. Let me know if you have any additional questions!
