Here's my balancer. I just want to be sure I get the right one. Can you tell me by the numbers?

No. That stamp code only tells us the strength of the balance; it has nothing to do with its identity. This looks like a ribbed channel balance, and I have a feeling then its our S751-28. But you need to take a look and make sure the bottom knife shoe matches the one that comes by default with this balance (the 15-014). If it looks at all different, please send a photo of the shoe out of the window.
