Hello there. This looks like the 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balances. All of these parts are sold separately. For each replacement coil spring, you have to choose a spring weight. This designates the weight the individual coil can support. This is usually determined by a stamp on the old spring; but if there is none or you're unsure, give me the exact weight of the window sash these balances support, and I can work it out for you.

If your old coil housing is undamaged you can reuse it; otherwise, see the newer components 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145. These pieces 'sandwich' around each individual coil. Let me know if you have further questions.

I wStched you video simple...right. so the upper spring and lower spring are attached to the shoe. The middle one looks broken and just sits on the roller.. I can't see where it would be attached and this doesn't have the triple housing like in your video.too and bottom one are screwed into frame. Do I need addition parts. Sorry.

Even though your assembly only uses two springs instead of three, the process of installation is the same. To be honest it will be even easier for you since you have a smaller assembly to install.

As for how the spring connects to the shoe, it feeds into one of those two diagonal "slots" you see at the top of the 15-177. A screw then comes in from the side to secure it.
