Balancer replacement

Question

I need 4 balancer replacements, the marking on the old balancer is 31 4 GP CALDWELL.  The metal channel measures 32" long. The top half of the window is fixed the bottom half slides up.  It is a vinyl window. I don't see any markings on the glass or the vinyl that would identify the window manufacturer.

Thanks for your post! This window balance is a match for either the S380-32 or the S385-32. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to measure the depth of the bottom shoe.

I believe the 3140 stamp should work for the window. A pair of these will support a sash weighing 23 to 28lbs.
