This is a picture of the balancer I am looking for. The on in the document on this website looks like the right one. Just need to figure out when I can purchase them ? Part number? Anything. I manage a large apartment community, starting to have a large number of these balancers breaking.
Can you help.

I agree with my past self, whose post you found on our site; your shoe looks like our 15-177, which itself is compatible with the Series 152 coil spring. We have detailed pictures and measurements on each product's store page that you can use as a reference to confirm.
