Balancer stamping

Being in the window industry for a long period of time, we have learned that most PGT windows used the Series 395 balance. These balances come assembled with a 19-005 balance top and a 15-001 bottom balance shoe. Compare your complete balance with ours to make sure it is a match. The metal portion of your channel balance should measure 30", so you would order Series 395-30. For the option, since your stamping does not correspond with any of our stamping options, the only way to determine which is the best option for you would be to weigh your sash on a scale and use the sash weight chart on the product page to determine which option to go with.
