Balancer and Sash Guide

Hello,

The only thing it says on my balancer is 27-4, and from what I can tell, these look like a 28" Series 395 balancer and 18-008 Sash guide. Could you confirm the model I need to replace the balancer and sash guide in the attached pics?

The balance does look like our S395-28 with a spring weight of 2740. Take a look at our 18-171 sash guide as a replacement for yours.
