Balancer and shoe

The Unique window balance manufacturer has been out of business since the turn of the century. We carry a similar balance system, though, which is the Series 795. We believe your metal balance channel is 27" long, the width of the bottom T-Lock shoe is 1-1/4" wide and the top of balance cord is screwed on on the track. If I'm right, then you want to order our S795-27 with a 27C stamp, for a sash weighing 17 through 22 pounds.
