Balancers - need complete with top guide and bottom shoe

I am looking to replace some balancers on my windows.  The length of the metal in the pictures is 18".  I need complete with top guide and bottom shoe.  Attached are pictures to help identify correct part number.  Please let me know if any additional information is needed for correct part number

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-18 or S385-18 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 1710 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
