Thanks for writing in! It looks like you've purchased the Series 770 Balance for your windows. Although, the balance with the spring exposed is a discontinued style. With that said, I'll need to know the length of an undamaged balance as well as the exact weight of the sash the balances are supporting, to determine the right replacement.

 Thanks for confirming the length. You'll need the S770-24 Channel Balance. Although, I requested the sash weight as the stamp from the the newer balance cannot be cross-referenced.

To determine the correct stamp needed for each of the windows, you'll need to obtain the sash weight. There is a chart below the product description that shows the weight range each balance can support.
