Balancers

Question

I have a window can not find name on . the balancer is broken the metal  cam . It doesn't look like it will com apart to replace the cam not sure ? Want to know if you have a good idea which will work

Thanks for posting. This coil shoe looks similar to our 15-087, which uses the Series 180 coil springs. Go over the dimensions to confirm it's a match. The mounting bracket looks like our 16-024. My only concern is your shoe's cam might have been shaped differently, which might affect the compatibility of your window sash's pivot bar with this new shoe. If you're uncertain, show us a picture of the pivot bar out of the window so we can confirm if it will work with the 15-087. Many thanks.
