Hi Swisco

I have 2 Kinco window that need new Balancers 35" 1/2" metal. No stamps but windows are >30 lbs

Hi Dave,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-35 or S385-35 channel balance. You need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need to weigh your sash to determine which option you'll need. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight.

Top sash guides are very specific in shape and measurement. We can help you with a replacement, we would just need to see some photos of the top sash guide, and measurements so that we can get started.

So I got my 3450 balancers and this did not fix the issue. The windows still wont stay open. Further investigation indicates I need new top sash guides. Are they generic or balance/ window specific. Windows are >30lbs
