Hi, I could only download 5 pictures. The length of the metal part is 29".
The balncers has stamped on it 2840 BSI
This is a single hung window 37 x 63 with laminated impact glass.
The window was made by Florida Extruders International whi is no longer in business.

Hello! These photos are more than enough, thank you. What you have here is going to be either our S380-29 or S385-29. The only difference between them is the depth of the bottom shoe. You'll have to measure your own shoe to confirm which one is the better choice.
