Balancers

I need 2 sets of balancers for my Simonton windows. My wife Jill has contacted you before and had balancers and shoes sent here but they were not the same as the ones we have.

Hi Joe, I believe we can help. That pivot shoe looks like our 15-199. This shoe is compatible with either our Series 160 or Series 165 Coil Balances. The difference between these two balance springs is their thickness. The Series 160 is 1/2" thick, whereas the Series 165 is 3/8" thick. You'll need to remove your existing assembly and compare to determine which balance Series you need. Let us know if you have any further questions.
