I tried asking this 2 weeks ago and never heard back. Maybe you need more info?
Two different sized non tilt windows. 19 and 3/8 inches and 32 and 1/2 inches.
Width of balancers: 1/2 inch
Width of shoe: 1and 1/16 inch
Width of window: 35 inches
Weight of window: about 15 lbs
Please see attached photos. I can't seem to find a balancer that matches..

Thanks for posting. I see Tom responded to your original inquiry here. Did you not get a notification of his reply? As Tom said, we can replace these balances, but they will have to be custom made. If you can tell us the quantity of balances you need, then we will email you an order link and price quote for the requested quantity. Many thanks.
