This is a balance from a vinyl window. I have never seen one like this and need to repair it for my customer.

Hello,

You'll need to remove an undamaged balance to confirm, but this looks like an older crossbow balance shown in the video below, which is no longer being made. The good news is that our S795 channel balance makes a great replacement in most cases. Our video will walk you through the full conversion process. Thank you!
