Hello, looking to replace the balances on my old (likely 1999/2000) Hurd double hung wood/clad compression tilt windows. We just purchased the home, and most of the balances are broken. I found the Friction Shoe, 15-104 on your site...but I can't find the springs, or another good replacement option. If you could please provide some direction.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we don't sell replacements for the balance assembly shown here. I'm afraid we can only offer the 15-104. If this is a wood window, your best bet would be to contact a local mill work. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
