Can you tell me, based on the pictures if you sell the balancing hardware pieces and tilt latches that come with this window. If not, where can I find them? Are you able to tell the Window manufacturer and model # from the labels?

For the balance, see our Series 795 channel balance. This appears to match. Keep in mind that this installs with a screw at the top, not a hook, and the default shoe has a width of 1-1/4". Look it over and tell me what you think.
I'm less certain about that tilt latch. Our 26-442 appears similar, but still a little different. I recommend removing yours from the window and carefully comparing your dimensions to ours. Let me know how they match up.
