Barber & Ross Window Sash Cracked

Question

My house has all Barber & Ross windows. Since this brand is no longer on the market, I’m hoping to find a place that can repair or replace the window sash.
The bottom vinyl sash has cracked, and the window balance shoe has broken (photos attached).
I would like to know whether you sell the necessary parts or if you provide repair services.

Thanks for writing in! We can supply the replacements for the window hardware but we would not be able to assist with repairing the sash. You'll need to reach out to a local window supplier to inquire about what your options might be.

Also, we do not provide repair services but we do have several video tutorials that can guide you through the repair process. I've tagged a few of them below for your review.

The shoe you have is no longer made but we're fairly confident the 15-046 will work for the repair. To confirm, you'll need to remove the existing shoe from the window and compare its width and thickness.

Be sure to double check that the window balances and the pivot bar are in good, working condition as well.
