Barber and Ross tilting window, upper sash

the first picture is the good side; the second is the bad side.
My wife complained that the upper sash falls out easily.
When I investigated, I discovered the the footing is broken (a piece was i in the window well, and that the footing gets stuck when we lower the window, and then does not come up properly.

the spiral balance is 25 inches long, 7/16 in diameter (3/8?), and has a red tip.

what parts to I need to fix the footing, and the balance.

I'm afraid I cannot identify the shoe based on this information. Can you remove the good one and give me its thickness and width? Thank you!

The shoe and track are 9/16 thick and 1.25 inch wide.
I broke the spiral balance, so definitely need one of them.

Our 15-129 pivot shoe might work. Check it out and see if you agree. As for the balance, if you can confirm that its tube has a 3/8" diameter, then I recommend our Series 900 spiral balance.
