Truth Hardware hinges. Supposedly they don't sell them anymore, or they're very specific to the window.

Thank you for reaching out to us. The part shown here is the operator, not the hinge. If it's the operator you need, take a look at the 39-253RB and 39-439B. The best pick depends on the guide used at the end of the arm. The video below will go over this in detail.

Please note that the 39-452 cover and handle is sold separately.

What do you think would be best suited for this window, then? Will either of them work or is there one that is more preferred over the other?

These operators are not interchangeable. You'll have to remove the straight arm from the casement track to figure out which operator you need. If the operator uses the 39-529 track slider, you'd want the 39-253RB. If it uses the other type of guide explained in the video, you'd want the 39-439B instead.
