Bedroom Window Replacement Parts

Question

Hello,
I need replace met parts to match the pictures attached. I need the pivot lock shoe as well as the coil balances shown. These pictures are are from the window on the right of the window that has the broken parts.
I have also provided a picture of the label on the window. Pulte Homes installed, they were manufactured in February 2015. I hope this helps as well.
Any assistance and part numbers are greatly appreciated.

We can't be sure with the pivot shoe still installed, but take a look and compare the specifications of the 17/32" thick 15-199 pivot shoe to yours.
