I bought this house last year, it's about 15 years old and the windows are original. None of the windows will close all the way where you can lock them, and the tilt catches are old and busted. Can you help? I have a windows and I need to rebuild them

I thought the dimensions looked right but I think the ones you sent me are closer to what I really need

Well, the only major difference between the 26-244 and 26-420 is the position of the locking "tooth" at the bottom. This helps keep the latch tight when you snap it in. In some circumstances, however, I have known some professionals to put this kind of latch in loose and allow the pressure of the jamb liners to keep them in place. You still may be able to get the 26-420 and 26-419 to work in that way, but if not then you can see our return policy here.
