I have 3 Pella replacement windows that are all 17 years old and all the exact same size. The plastic on the window shoes all broke on all 3 lower sashes. I'm not sure exactly what I replace. Is it just the plastic bottom or the full spring piece? Sash weight is 17.6 pounds.

Hi there!
Thanks for reaching out to us. We sell the 15-194 shoe if that's all you need. Just note that the shoe breaking indicates that the balances aren't too far behind.
If you did need the balances, they must be a custom order since yours install with the 15-198 hook. If you'd like to go this route, let us know along with the number of balances you'd like to replace.

Thank you so much! I was able to replace shoes and get all 3 windows working again. When those balances eventually break, I will be back to replace the full unit. Thanks for your videos and helpfulness!

My 20 yr old Twinseal windows use the same shoe and have most have broken most at least once since I've owned this house; the plastic and the pot-metal receiver.
The pivot pins that anchor in the frame and insert into the shoe corrode, and several have had to be replaced. Swisco sells a close replacement. I keep several spare of each on hand.
To extend the life of the spring, I coat with spray oil or grease.
