These picture are from my 1988 EXCEL windows out of Waco, Tx need the spring and white plastic insert.

Hi there, Ben.

We appreciate you reaching out to us. Our 15-104 friction shoe is the only part we can offer, unfortunately. I'm afraid we can't replace the naked spring. For wood windows, a local millwork may be able to supply these parts. If the windows are vinyl, you'll need to contact the original manufacturer. I am very sorry that we couldn't be of more help.
