Bent operator and track

Question

I have two windows that the operator is bent and gears stripped. The number 14D006 appears on the hinge arm but there are no numbers on the operator on top. I don't have ladder tall enough to reach the bottom of the window at present. The arm is bent to the window side and the track on the window is bent toward the frame
