The measurements are the 10-3/4" for the long arm and 4-7/16" for the attachment piece.

Take a look at our 39-032 operator and let me know if this can work for you as a replacement.

I think that operator will work. I am sending another pic. Can you tell me what kind of weather stripping I need for the bottom sill of the window (outside view)?

Great, glad the 39-032 is a match! I'm not as sure about that weatheseal, though. The only way we can tell what replacement would work is by seeing a picture from the angle of its profile. See our weatherstripping section to get an idea of what kind of picture we need. We will also need dimensions. This will require you to remove a sample of the weatherseal that is as undamaged as possible. I know it's hard, since it's so deteriorated, but that is the only way we can make a reliable suggestion.
