Better Bilt Window Replacement Parts

Question

Looking for 3 parts:
1. replacement lock/latch (img_0757)
2. replacement window clips (img_0758, img_0762)
3. replacement window guides/springs (red tip, 29 in long) (img_0760, img_0761)

The windows are Better Bilt, and the home was built in 1992.

Thanks for posting. I believe we can help. First, for your sash lock, see if the 90-005 matches what you need. Go over the dimensions and photos listed on the product page to confirm. For your glazing bead, I believe the 55-017 may work for you. Although it looks a little different than your original, past customers with your same window have reported they were able to make it work. Take a look and see what you think. Lastly, for your spiral balance, I cannot be certain because you did not provide the diameter of the balance's outer tube. However, since it's a Better Bilt window, assuming the outer tube is 3/8" in diameter, then I suspect our S400-29 with the Red Tip will do the trick. Please compare and let us know your thoughts.
