Thanks for posting! Based on the photos here, I am confident we have the replacement parts you need for your wood folding doors, but you'll need to make sure to confirm the dimensions for each part to determine if they are the right fit.
To start, your hinge appears to be our 23-401. You'll especially want to confirm the installation hole measurements.
The top bracket appears to be the 23-302 which is likely being used along with the 23-118 spring-loaded top pivot pin.
The guide wheel appears to be the 23-195. The most important measurement you'll want to confirm is the diameter of the wheel that fits into the track as well as the diameter of the post that fits in to the top of the door.
Your bottom bracket looks like it could be our 23-301. Which is likely being used along with the 23-119 bottom door pivot or the 23-113, but you'll need to remove the bottom pivot to confirm which.
