Bi-fold Bottom Door Pivot

Hello, I need replacement top and bottom tracks for two 36" bifold mirrored closet doors. Are the top and bottom tracks different? Is it better to do two 36" tracks or one 72" track? Thanks!

First five photos are of my 24 inch bifold mirrored door. Vintage 2006 I need top and bottom rail with hardware. The sixth and seventh photo is of my four foot mirrored slider bypass door. I need two bottom rollers and bottom rail for it.

Is this piece adjustable? if yes, how do you adjust the length. Doesn't feel like it wants to turn.

I have a rental house where the tenant removed the bi fold door and parts are missing. I have no bottom trackat all and am missing a lower peg, I believe from looking at other posts that it should be the adjustable peg. The track should be 24 inches long.
