Hello,

Your BiltBest operator is no longer available, I'm afraid, nor are any other parts for your window. Since this is a casement window, I would suggest retrofitting something like our 39-027E operator along with the 39-114L handle and 39-533 track. You might also need to cut or fabricate a new "sill cover" to accept the different style operator. 

Unfortunately, we do not carry a potential substitute for the lock in your photo. I would also recommend contacting a local professional to help you with this project.
