Looking to see if we can find this balance.
32-3 JI5 CMC 5 is on the balance
End of balance to end of balance = 33"
End of balance to where the spring is connected = 32"
I'm not sure which measurement you need.
Balances go on the side of the window

Thanks for reaching out to us. We may be able to help with this but I'll need more information to confirm. Can you show us a photo of how the balance connects to the pivot shoe? How does the balance install at the top of the window, with a screw?

Yes it is with a screw.
That metal piece hooks onto the glass

Emily is out today, but I’ve reviewed your question. I understand the balance screws into the top, but I'm unsure how it connects to the glass. Could you please send a photo of the installation?

that hook in the previous picture hooks on to the bottom of the glass, the metal. The balance is vertical. We looked at some of your balances and it is really similar to 765 series. If we need to we are thinking we can take the hook off and put it on the 765 series.

Thank you for your patience. I've forwarded this to our senior expert for review and he believes you have a great idea.

You'll need the S765-33 with 32-3 stamp option. For your application, you can remove the bottom hook and replace it with your hook.

We also suggest purchasing some extra 62-005 rivets in case you need to remove the rivet to get to the hook.
