Block & Tackle Window Balance

Question

I need two window baqlances measurinf 1/2" wide and 29 inches from the ends of the metal strip. It lools like one of the balances in your S300 series. The part number stamped on the metal strip looks like 28B and I have included a photo of it. Please see all the photos.

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-29 or S385-29 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need 2820 spring strength options for your replacement balances based on your 28B stamp. Keep in mind that the stamp does not indicate the balance series, only the spring strength needed to support the weight of the sash.
