Block and Tackle 385-28 series

Question

Hello,
I have matched everything to the 385-28 series however, my sash weight is 38 pounds. Would the 2765 be the correct option or is there a different balance with a higher weight threshold?

You want our our 2770 option; two balances with this option can carry a sash weight of 36 through 39 pounds. We're actually going to add this as a standard option for you now, that way you can order it normally without having something custom made. The S385-28 store page should update within a few minutes, so if you don't see it right away just check back a little later!
